What's tuned on the TV's is irrelevant.

The conflict is in the mixing.

It's the signals the antenna is picking up and being amplified then mixed with another frequency from the modulator, that's what counts.

Modulated signals don't have to be on an exact matching frequency of a FTA channel to cause a conflict, as they may affect one or two 'channels' either side of the modulated frequency/channel.

Having a strong modulator output level and much weaker received signals makes the likelihood of interference much greater.

Had the requested frequency information been posted, it would have been very obvious to several members in the trade to have instantly identified an issue.

Again... when people don't understand something and seek advice from people that do, and those people ask for more info to help solve an issue, it's always best to provide the requested info, rather than deciding if it's relevant or not, especially if you don't have the knowledge and experience to determine likely causes and fixes yourself.

If you did, you wouldn't have needed to ask to begin with.
