a guy buys a new kogan tv thinking his getting a good deal
he lies it down on the bed to put the feet on, but after turning it back on the led has somehow fractured
he consults kogan by email (phone ha) to provide a picture of the screen
the person on the other end with the fake name & the only person i know working on fathers day says
it looks like it has impact damage, is there any damage to the box
the Customer clearly not wanting to blame the courier guy says no
at this stage the Customer guy has had several savvy blanch's & replies
thats how it came out of the box, replace it or refund it, you choose
the next day, a different high skilled kogan email rep replies with
sorry to hear this, can you tell me if theres any damage to the box that may have happened in transit
by now the Customer has already lost his cool & is googling accc to lodge a complaint, but replies
IN CAPS
im sorry but im not a cardboard box expert & the box has lots of little marks on it
maybe the tv was damaged before it was in the box or while at the kogan factory
was the tv checked before going in the box ? or just made then boxed ?
where was it made ? can you note the exact time & place of each of its journeys for my reference ?
regardless, the tv is faulty & needs to be replaced or refunded
i have yet to talk to the Customer again to find out the outcome
