Check the VPN is in fact connected. Try or similar and see where it thinks you are. Then try changing servers. I think Nord has quite a few different servers in Australia.
Guys,
I am currently in Thailand .
Using NORD VPN Australian server I cannot play any shows on any of these . Keep getting the Geo Block message " you have to be in Australia etc. etc."
Any clues on how to overcome this ??
Cheers

Plenty of Free browser VPN options you could try.
Just to confirm your findings

Set your geo-location to Australia as well then it will see that you are located in Australia
I had a problem using Foxtel Go by it telling me I wasnt in Australia which is hard to understand as they bill happily every month for the subscription.
My ISP comes up as Mudgee NSW who I pay for my connection to the NBN Skymuster satellite.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!
Thanks for all the good advice .
I am on it

If it's of any help, I'm in Australia but if I turn on Nord (US server) I get geo-blocked by tenplay. If I turn it off it plays fine.
It's not a DNS leak problem?
I havent a clue what happening there BUT to me it looks like when you Log onto TEN Play, that US NORD server becomes your primary 'location' and being in the USA, TEN Play wont connect.
It would be interesting to know does that affect the other ones like the ABC, SBS, SEVEN and NINE On Demand services........???
