Default Thunderbird Email - Referencing Windows Explorer Folders

Upgrading laptops and going form Win 7 with Windows Live Mail to Win 10 and have decided to go to Thunderbird as the mail system.

I have installed Thunderbird and at the left of the screen as well as listing Inbox, Sent etc and Local Folders at the bottom it has also sucked in all my Windows Explorer folders. I have tried deleting them but they come back - I guess there is a setting in the system somewhere that says list Windows Folders but I cannot find it.

You can see the Folders down the left.

How do I get rid of these so I just have Inbox etc and Local Folders etc

Not done anything - that is how it setup from the install of Thunderbird. This is a new computer and never used for emails so none imported from my previous system. The emails in the inbox are the 45 days worth held by my ISP - loaded as part of the install. I did nothing.
