original A/V lead to give HDMI

Hi, has anyone seen or know of a mod to the original 360 A/V lead to give me HDMI out?

Never heard of a mod to the lead but I do remember a long time ago someone modded a box and stuck a hdmi connector onto the board. You may be able to find reference to it over at xbox-scene.

I have seen it on the net but can't find it again. This guy opened the A/V plug and done some mod to it and soldering a HDMI lead to it.

I also found a mod to do with the original cable, but that was just to allow the hdmi port and the optical audio to work together.
