same in most of the Eastern European countries , the leeches get resettled there , and as soon as they are forced to actually work , they leave.

I think you'll find that the Naval base re-opening is on Manus, not Nauru.

Thats why they want to come back......they have heard the reports of the massive dole rises that are being pushed at the moment.
