stupid question.
is tecom version 8.140 later then 8.128?

trying to get software IUM working on titan and when IUM is ticked user wont download?
current tecom version is 8.140

Yes 8.140 is newer than 8.128.

Thanks I’ll have a look, it was strange no matter what i has ticked it still read the cards as raw card data..
Part I found strange it wouldn’t download users when ium was ticked.

If you have IUM ticked and there isn't one you will get an error. Need to disconnect untick IUM and try again

yeah but i want it ticked cause i am using software IUM,(have 1 meg chips in 4 door and challenger) I badge user, get the raw card data and copy that into new user as standard, still comes up with raw card data?
thinking might need to default 4 door also.

Turn on IUM from the RAS
Installer menu 19/14 option 95.

Then download your users with the IUM ticked in the software.
Make sure that you have the users programmed with correct user inf.
Users / update raw data / etc.
Then download the users.
Works a treat.
