We will have a new FTA Channel soon (I think April the 5th) from the Channel Nine Platform called "RUSH" and it will show mainly Discover channel, TLC, Discovery Turbo, Animal Planet shows. This could be interesting as the Discover network have some good channels to watch as no doubt they will run older shows but still good to watch.

Not likely if it's via sat fed re-transmission sites as mux will already be programmed and no ACMA mandate to include.
