Das DL-250 alarm zones not active on panel

I had a power outage at my place and have lost the zone settings on my alarm .. the pir sensors work but do not show up on the alarm panel... i can arm and disarm the alarm can activate the panic mode all works but when i arm it it does not register the zones even thou the pir sensor lights indicate movement but does not light up on the panel .... when i open the motherboard box the tamper alarm activates and all the zone lights flash..
When the alarm is armed you can walk past a active pir sensor but alarm does not register movement and zone light does not light up..
I checked the backup battery 13volts .. ok
I checked the fuses on the motherboard F2 F3 F4 .. ok
The only thing is that there i a RED LED light on the motherboard that is not active should it be..?
