I usually listen to lectures on many and varied topics. Mainly by the Teaching Company.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

Remind neever to ask to car pool with you.... LOL, just kiddin..
Agree with Enf, I used to have a mix tape back in the 70's with "Radar Love" on it. I used to play it when getting a bit sleepy on a long drive at night. Windows down, full volume, and pedal to the metal....
These days I have a couple of 64GB USB thumdrives ( I think that's about 400 albums of MP3 at 320Kbps ), One is 60's - 70's, with all the good stuff on it. Stones, Deep Purple, Rainbow, Led Zeppelin, Cream, Jefferson Airplane, Taste, 10 Years After, Janis, Hendrix, Yes, Yardbirds, Easybeats, etc etc etc... The other is 80's and up..
Set the stereo on random play and away you go. Streaming music doesn't work so well when you're off the beaten track.
Seriously, Bob, if there is someone else in the car, I just turn it off and try and have a conversation (remember those) with the other people in the car.

An apropo one: Talking Heads -- Road to Nowhere
There's a modern band I like that sounds a lot like 80's electro-type stuff called Midnight Juggernauts.
Gotta be careful though, apparently some of this high energy/fast-paced stuff makes one's right foot a little heavy, or so I've heard.
