Paradox mg5000 & pcs250g sms problem

I have installed mg5000 and pcs250g at my home. I can receive sms when the system throws alarm. But when I want to arm/disarm or any other sms command (such as try to learn IP) via sending sms to my PCS250g unit's phone number, it does not work. No command is executed such as arming or disarming. I am following the format described in the manual. See below example. Can you please let me know what am I missing?

Looks right.
As long as your using a valid user code and the phone part is your mobile number and not pcs number.
You sure it is a PCS250G? not a pcs260 or pcs265?
Try without entering .(phone number)
