    Default Optarse carrier aggregation

Is it possible to determine if my local Optarse towers have carrier aggregation?

or if your an android user you can download aus phone towers from google play, between the pair you can work out if any of your local towers will allow CA, then its up to your device also being able to CA on the bands on that tower(s).
