    Default VPN providers

Which VPN providers are really good, I am looking for specific features such as:

    -connection speed.
-The minimum amount of disconnection to the server.

which country do you want to use ?

i use vypr connected to nz (fastest besides au) and singapore for torrenting and use perth for privacy reasons.

their windows app has an auto reconnect option and a killswitch option, particularly useful with torrents.

they also use their own dns and have apps for nas, routers etc.

i use qnaps qvn with vypr server settings as qnap dropped the vypr app and their own bitttorent client a while ago.....

there is an app for synology.

    Same here.

Nord VPN for a few years now and very satisfied.

This has been discussed extensively before so use the the SEARCH button.

I use NordVPN and have not had a problem but I am also playing with Opera's VPN, which is free and does what Nord does!

Express VPN here does the job I need.
I cant compare it with others as I have never tried.
I suggest start with free trials before you decide.
One would think they are all very similar, but server speeds may vary.
Probably the most affordable deal would be best for you.

Very largely depends on what you want to do.

If you want Netflix then the Australian Vanished VPN (not to be confused with IP Vanish) is an excellent solution. It has a very versatile solution to accessing US Netflix which from my experience just seems to work no matter what Netflix has done so far. At one point it was the only working solution I was aware of for US Netflix. Whilst it prides itself on US Netflix it is concentrating on unblocking sports streams and also offers a server tailored for p2p traffic. Is locally based and the staff are very responsible and helpful. It's logging policy seems to be good but is of course untested.

Nord VPN is also a good solution. It apparently has servers which will by-pass geo-restrictions on US and other countries Netflix, but they may change from time to time. Also, be aware that Netflix is aggressively trying to enforce its geo-restrictions on Android and IOS, with each new release of Apps often making it more difficult. Speed is also good on Nord, as is its privacy policy though, like most, this seems to be untested.

Private Internet Access is also very good. Though US based it's no logging policy has been tested in the Courts on at least two occasions and it has simply been unable to produce the information sought. It is the only company I am aware of that has been tested in this way and not had logging data to hand over. If you value your privacy then this is a good option, with one caveat. The US is a so-called 5 eyes country, and their Homeland Security and similar legislation could compel logging and prohibit notifying the user. PIA does not have a so-called "warrant canary", but indicates they would close their operations in the country concerned rather than log users. They reportedly already took this step and shut down their Russian operationlogs only limited information which it keeps for 30 days
in response to legislation. Nevertheless some people choose to bypass any US VPN whatsoever, with the really paranoid interpreting PIA's lack of a warrant canary as meaning they have in fact been served with warrants. Personally I doubt it but then again just because you are paranoid does not mean that somebody is not really out to get you! PIA does not purport to support Netflix.

A more obscure option is Ivacy which is based in Singapore. It emphasises privacy and has a no logging policy, again untested. It is also very well priced, with occasional lifetime offers and access from as little as $1 a month for 5 years. Of course, a 5 year plan is a risk but it does seem to have been around for a while. It apparently has some servers providing Netflix access with particular servers given out by support.

Used xxxxx during a few trips to China and it worked well. I used it on both my iPhone and Mac, the connection was almost immediate and quite good speeds. As this was for business use, and being reimbursed, I didn't worry too much about the cost.

The old "spam tag team" routine.

First time poster seeking a recommendation... then another first time poster with a product link.

BOTH from the same IP.... busted! (and banned)
