    Default Cband reception Melbourne

My Cband reception has greatly reduced from late last year till now. I have been up on the roof the made the usual fine tune adjustment (skew, angles etc) I either make it worse or same.

I am wondering if 5G mobile testing has started as that might be a cause or my LNBF is faulty (or I guess my PC tuner).
I will replace the LNBF to see if that is the reason. Even the strongest TP's are reduced and the weaker ones are gone. I am still getting reception across the ARC (Apstar 7 - NSS9) so I think i'm still lined up correctly.

I also want to replace my wave guard as the cheap on that came with my current LNBF seems quite thin and cheap (compared the ones I have received with other LNBF).

Anyone from Melbourne notice any reception issues lately ?

I'm from Melb SE and have not seen any reduction in signal. My C-band dish is fixed on Asiasat 5 mainly for RAI Italian channel.

    Hi Joezep,

    Thanks for the reply.

Asiasat5 is still quite good for me (though 1 or 2 db lower).

I've lost a lot of performance on the lower Satts, Apstar7, Thiacom, Measat but Asisasat 5 and 7 are still okay.

Anyone with a motorised CBand in Melbourne experience any change in performance in the last couple months?
