This just seems like a rant by someone who has an axe to grind. Have you got any more credible sources?

I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

You do realise the Unions actually run most of these Labour Hire Companies.
The time required to delve into the long process of who actually owns this particular company is beyond my care factor.
The bottom line is, if they are breaking the the law, they will be prosecuted.
The Unions ventures into business has always been a disaster.
Department Store based in Melbourne, forgot the name, prosecuted for under paying staff.
Solo Service Stations.

Unions SHOULD exist. They should be there to do what they were intended to do, not what they spend half of their time doing.
Like police and others, unions should be held to a higher standard than most. It's a pity that they are riddled with corruption and politics. THAT'S the reason that the average worker has bailed on them and their overall representation in the work force is what currently? 18% and falling? Something like that IIRC.
The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.
And of course business's with no affliation to the Unions and the Labor Party but are in ScoMow's back pocket would never rip off workers would they?
If this wasn't still the greatest place in the World to live I'd be off. What a pathetic choice. A Labor/CFMEU/Greens Coalition under Shorten or a left-wing Coalition lead by Santa ScoMo and dominated by the likes of the Black Hand with the likes of Photios and Pyne in control.

Oooooh....you found some dirt....good for you. Nothing proved yet of course, and nothing to do with Scomo I don't think, but hey...whatever floats your boat. And I wouldn't say something that even the ALP only describe as "sloppy" is necessarily illegal.
Here's some union involvement.....one of many. Not illegal either.

absolutely agree with you, if they are corrupt Union Leaders, corrupt Bank CEO’s or corrupt company CEO’s, or even/especially corrupt Politicians or from any other walk of life, if they are criminals, behind bars is where they belong.
But I think we all know that those who come from the first 4 of the above examples usually wriggle their way out of it, but I never understand why it’s mainly the Union Leaders who get targeted on this site, don’t get me wrong I’m not saying they don’t deserve it, but it seems the percentage of criticism of the other 3 groups is a bit skewed compared to them...

It seems to me that the reason some of us maybe highlight unions is that the ALP want to run the country, and they are the political arm of the unions who only represent a minority of workers. Bill will be our next PM for sure IMO, and the cracks are starting to show. National policy issues like coal differ publicly from state to state, depending on who you are trying to con.
Al, corruption isn't necessarily illegal. Breaking the LAW is illegal. And it's the law that is too often found wanting as well as the willingness to prosecute.
