Just use ordinary kitchen tinfoil.
The smart meter antenna is usually located a bit hidden on the side of the box. I would say it is pretty useless to cover the meter itself.
The radio transmission does actually interfere with the microphone of one of my security cameras. I notice that when I wanted to provide evidence to the police with audio recordings of harassment, racial abuse and intimidation from my neighbour. They said the recordings were unusable due to the interference.
Update: A deletion of features that work well and ain't broke but are deemed outdated in order to add things that are up to date and broken.
Compatibility: A word soon to be deleted from our dictionaries as it is outdated.
