Tint non solvent

I had window tint professionally fitted to the top of the windscreen 18 months ago, to act as a sun visor strip.
My crashcam mount was stuck on the tint but the 3m tape let go from the back of the mount and leaving the cam dangling, so I need to replace the tape.
Problem is I can't get the 3m off the tint. It's stuck so hard it won't even roll off. I'll have to try different solvents I guess so what I want to know is what solvents melt tint ?

Solved !
I couldn't find a suitable solvent so I ended up just cutting out a piece of the tinting.
