    Default VOA on Intelsat 19

    Interesting to see three VOA ch's FTA and 15 Radio ch's added to the 3900 mux on IS 19. freq 3900H s/r 30000.
    Can't imagine why 3 African language radio channels are there.

    I can understand VOA & RFA used on this bird due to the devastating loss of facilities at Saipan & Tinian.

    I think this is targetting the Pacific islands to counter some of the Chinese propoganda with some from the U.S. Since they can't see the feed on Asiasat 5.

    Same max as on Asia 7 specially broadcasting for Kim Jong Un who has the only legal Satellite Dish in North Korea.

    none of the t he voa CH seem to be in English
    only 1 audio per ch
