Breaking (wind?) News - Number two attempt in Vic fart bully case
You would be excused for thinking this case could only be in America... but noooo... it's tying up the resources of the Supreme Court in Melbourne.
A Melbourne engineer who claims his colleague repeatedly farted nearby and "thrusted his bum" at him, is hoping his bullying claim is successful on appeal.
David Hingst, 56, had sought $1.8 million in a suit against his former employer Construction Engineering, but a judge blasted the case out of the Supreme Court last year, finding there was no bullying.
Mr Hingst's appeal came before the Court of Appeal on Monday, when he said "flatulence was a form of bullying", and his ex-colleague Greg Short was a serial farter.
I reckon the judges would have a hard time trying not to 'crack' up with this 'follow-through.

Wonder what compo solicitors took the case on. They should be hanged with the complainant. Anyhow I love farting as I still hold the Record of 105 db @ 8 seconds. i still joke about Farting and my Hemorrhoids after a opp down there (ps dont start me on Hemorrhoids)

My missus and I could sue each other. We'd break even.
The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.
