Been seeing his bullshit ad all day, is it me, or does it look like someone has given him Herman Munster's head in that ad?

He's making a lot of changes but doesn't say how he's going to make them????

He is not an idiot. If he told us how no-one would vote for him.

He's just saying whatever GetUp and the CFMEU tell him to say. I was hoping that it would be closer and we would get to see the new big lie. Like mediscare last time. A complete and total lie.

And yeah Al, I see the resemblance to Herman Munster. The suit is always crooked at the shoulders too, like it doesn't quite fit.

Uh Oh....just saw Mediscare 2.0 is here........we'll see how gullible people are...

I'm a pensioner, but I haven't had the unsolicited SMS messages from GetUp yet. I guess they'll be coming soon.

Whilst I think most voters agree with your truism Al, the problem for most voters wanting the best for our country is they either do not have the time, inclination or readily available 'unbiased news' regarding party policy to form an informed opinion regarding the lies being peddled

Trying to find the truth is a full time job and readily available sources that most ppl in Oz rely on (the MSM) are dishonest to the point of being criminal IMHO

What we need is an alternative to the broken two party disaster we currently endure but I honestly cannot see another well funded party becoming mainstream before Oz becomes just another sh*thole

I posted this scenario in another thread and it's worth repeating it here...

    2004 election Howard vs Latham...

Howard Govt in office for 7 years at the start of the campaign.

    Libs 48, Labor 52.

6 weeks later Govt returned with 53-47 after Latham brain farted.

Morrison Govt in office for 6 years at the start of the campaign.

    Libs 48, Labor 52.

    Bill Shorten brain farts

Ladbrokes betting odds Coalition $4.50, Labor $1.19

Voting changes nothing anyway, if it did it'd be illegal by now.

Let’s be fair to the man (Shorten) the term “Shifty” is not a term that can truly describe him as it’s synonymous with “crafty” or “cunning” which of course would imply he has brains, my view of the man is that he is dumber than dogshit, thicker than two planks side by side. I actually believe that for Labor to have kept him as leader knowing this election was coming is a huge mistake which I believe will ultimately lose them the unloseable election. I am a predominantly Labor voter, I can assure you this time round I will be voting Liberal because there is no way I want Herman Munster as our next Prime Minister.

What happened to "You are voting a Party not a Leader" unless you happen to live in his electorate. He is a muppet for the party just like ScoMo is.
As a predominantly Labor voter their policies must have changed dramatically for you not to support them anymore.

What is wrong with Herman Munster
    From Wiki:
Herman is a lovable, good-natured, and clumsy buffoon. Despite having been alive for centuries, he behaves rather childishly, often throwing temper tantrums, punctuated with thundering animal-like roaring. In spite his childish behaviors, he is a caring father figure to his son Eddie and a loving, devoted husband. He is very kind to everyone, but he is also very naive, often misunderstanding situations or falling for various schemes. He occasionally has problems recognizing when someone has malicious or dishonest intentions towards him. Most people, however, flee in terror on seeing Herman's monstrous visage, which he always attributes to something else.
Perhaps like an ever increasing number of Australians, he realises that the major parties can't be trusted REGARDLESS of their publicly announced policies.....

They just lie. Like Shorten on super the other day.

You are perfectly within your rights to believe them....

I would question the mental acuity of any political party and its representatives that would have Bull Shitten as its leader, in your quote above about Herman Munster he is described as a “loveable buffoon”, a buffoon Bull Shitten definitely is, loveable? Never!

As for policies, you say they must have changed dramatically for me not to support them anymore, I’ll ask you, what are their policies, specifically those laid out for the coming election, and I don’t mean the bullshit promises that Shorten is making, I mean the substance that comes with those promises, thin f#cking air, that’s what “Oh we will tell you what they are once we are in power”, f#ck off, as enf put it, just more smoke and mirrors, I am full up to the gills with bullshit politicians in general, it’s time for a full blown revolution in this country, so as the everyday people can regain control not only of the country but our own lives as well, but we all know that will never happen, both major parties have taken care of that.
    Cheers
    Ted (Al)
