Default Chinese solar hot water system

Has anybody else bought one? Mine is the open tube type where the water goes into the tube.
Pretty rough finish and minimum instructions. Seller assures me that it will work.

Not much info here to give an opinion. Any links ?
After all any tube (garden hose etc.) laid out in the sun will give you hot water.

Is it similar to the pool systems where you have a heap of black poly tubes on your roof and the water is pumped up and gravity feed down, as beer4life says lay hose in the yard and the water heats up

    Default solar h2o

No need to upload pictures, as they are on ebay.
Basically 24 vacuum tubes, like a big thermos, which plug into the overhead tank.
My first buy on ebay, but bought direct. The seller was phone helpful but the written instructions were dreadful.
I live in the tropical bush and have my own water system, water pressure pump on demand.
Initially I have made it gravity feed hot water, cold comes from the pump.
Pretty average shower, so now have to think about buying an inline, solenoid pump.
I must admit I went "cheap" but transport was also a consideration

Near as I can figure, this is what he is waffling about.
Can't see anything revolutionary, except sideways slant when you look at it.
I'd say they saw him coming out o' the bush.
    Kindest Regards......

Nothing wrong with my good old gas hotwater service here.
    Plenty of hot water 24/7.
Couldnt justify spending thousands(one that works) on solar hot water system.

Solar power, well thats another story.

That looks more like a whole-house heating system. I don't think he's after one of those if he lives in the tropics.

@spider98, throw us a bone here mate, if you give us a link to the ebay page that features the product, maybe members here will have a look, and understand what you're talking about. Then you might get some constructive feedback and possibly the information you were after.

If you expect everyone else to go and search for information to figure out what you're talking about, this will be a very short thread.
