Just saw this on the news.
Typical Deadshit moron takes the life of someone that probably saved hundreds and could have saved and helped thousands more directly and through teaching others.
The moral injustice is totally disheartening, The legal injustice is disgusting.
Max sentence or not, 10 years isn't nearly enough especially given the value of the life the POS took. Should be Murder, 20 years with NO parole.
I feel for the family of the victim. What a cruel and insulting slap on the wrist that must be to them for loosing a family member and one held in such high esteem in the community as well.
I believe 10 years is the Min sentence, the Judge just tossed on another 6 months

yep its minimum 10yrs but unlike other case's that have deserved the minimum
and dished out sweet fa to them at least here she said this is it.
there was the case last year where the 2 women bashed the poor ambo and he
needed multiple operations and never recovered the judge handed out
a paltry 100 odd hours community service because she felt sorry for the women
because they were alchos and drugos and had a bad upbringing.

I had an upbringing Phycs I have seen have told me repeatedly they just don't see in this day and age.
I have managed to have a lasting marriage, Kids and never taken any drugs in my life nor ever been Drunk and always lived in my own home. I'm far from an outstanding example of anything but at least I'm not a deadbeat blaming everyone else for my problems.
Lots Of people I know had bad childhoods and instead of using it as an excuse to justify being deadbeats, they have used it as a motivation to get ahead better than most people who grew up with a far more ideal childhood.
What you do in life is up to you. Bad circumstances may hold you back in life but they are not an excuse to be a Deadbeat druggo or alco.
Instead of taking drugs or Booze these people need to take a tablespoon of concrete and harden the fk up.

I spoke to my Lawyer friend last night about this matter and he told me the murderer DNA was taken and at the same time the Police should have found the evidence of the cigarette on the ground so the Family of the Doctor should sue the cigarette company for ZILLIONS for losing a wonderful person only because of a pig of a man that was addicted to there brand of cigarette.
