    Only available on fttp.
    I was under the impression that fttp was 1gbps, but no....

    Yes, Hoe, I thought the same. In fact it can, but as there is no "demand" for it there are no retail deals that I know of that offer it.

    I can't help but think that their business plan is a bit skewed, but then again, I'm biased

    They adopt the "wait for demand' before we build it, whereas I believe in the "build it and they will come" doctrine (as long as they don't get greedy, which of course, they will)....

    if you are a two headed tassie vermin, then you can get gigabit plans in Launceston....

    only problem is if you live in Launceston you probably cant afford it, unless you are a drug dealer....

    why didnt they roll it out in kalgoorlie, where people probably can afford it ?

    I seen the light 25 years ago and moved out of Launceston to Kalgoorlie....

    I'll never understand why they decided on fttp for everybody in Launceston.
