They hold out every Flood or drought or Snow storm or heat wave to be proof of Globull Warming ( or the rebranded Climate Change" when it became obvious Globull warming was patently wrong ) and ignore that still the worst Floods and droughts happened 50 , 100 or more yeara ago and always have been happening.
Personally I don't mind at all if the earth warms up a bit. I hate the cold and my garden would grow a lot better in winter if it were warmer as would the tress and crops. If the sea levels rise from melting ice caps then that would reduce the salinity and we can pump sea water inland ( powered with all the unreliable energy) and water the farms. easy.

In a nut shell ( which is appropriate given how many globull warming Nutters there are out there) We are supposed to spend Billions on a problem that we can fix anyway while other shithole places will continue to do nothing at all and suffer no economic or way of life hardships at all?

I really want all these environmental whingers to be held accountable so when in 2030 Fk all has happened, they are answerable or face prison time.

This is the baby of Tim Flannery and Will Steffan. Flannery's predictions have always been awful, and he is not in fact qualified in climate science. Haven't bothered looking up Staffan's predictions but the climate council is about as alarmist as they come. Zero credibility.

My prediction is that is going to be an unmitigated disaster in this country and all their predictions of what will be happening, what everyone will be driving or how many will be around will not even come close to the environmental whingeing predictions.

He has a 100% failure record as far as predictions go. 100%. In a rare interview a number of years ago, he let slip that it would take 1000s of years to reverse "climate change". Anyone who thinks we'll all be hanging on with baited breath is an idiot. I prefer to leave my grand children a chance (however slim with the politicians we elect) of a vibrant economy without lying to them and calling them evil for turning on an air conditioner or driving a car.

We need a sensible balance of proven load carrying technology and the renewable stuff. Start with nuclear by telling the luddite left to shove it. It's just common sense.
