Bushman, painter and author Jack Absalom dies at 91
Sorry for the late post, seems we missed this one..... i put it down to our night watchman gordon no longer being with us.
Sure did a lot of Australia and managed to achieve in an old Sigma wagon what people struggle to do in modern lifted 4WD's with traction control and mud tyres.
Always liked his TV shows and the way he presented. And he certainly left the art world a richer place with his outback paintings.
No nonsense... R.I.P. Jack you bloody Aussie legend
