Default OBDii - what data is on the bus by default?

Don't have a OBD scanner / sniffer yet, so don't have any practical experience. Yet.
I know PIDs can be sent to the CAN to request certain data for diagnostic purposes, but what data is spewed out on the CAN by default? I presume CAN is the most 'universal' protocol on OBDii for cars in Australia?

It looks like 2,6,7,10,14,15 are the only "common" things, are they useful?
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

The pinout is no problem, it is more what data is spat out of the interface without any prompting / interrogation that I'm wondering about. Ah well, I just bought a cheap OBDii to USB interface, I'll wireshark the interface and see what happens once it arrives. I also wonder if the USB interface is a hi-Z type, that I can connect in parallel to another OBD device to see what data the device is requesting, and what responses its getting?

The Mini ELM 327 Bluetooth $6 works and comes with Torque Pro and a few Demo apps, for both OS and Android, use any tablet or old phone, mag mount it and have live Data
It also does Fault Codes and some Programming of Lights/Locks/Doors
