Tecom C4 solfware and Challenger 10 system

I have an issue when using Tecom c4 solfware to program and monitor challenger 10 system !
I create an user with a PIN and an active card, I also assign that user to an acccess level which includes a card reader as its access point and a 24/7 time frame.
The problem is , when I present the card to the card reader, the system denies access. it does recognise the user but doesnt grant access to that user.
Here is the detail annoucement on the system : " Access dennied to user 1 at RAS** , reason : no access. Credential ' card1 "
Does anyone know how to solve this, please help me !

Question - Where did you do the training? Just interested to know. Online or Hills

How have you set up your access level? Has the person inherited the access level or have you directly given it to them from the Access tab?
Have you confirmed the card type in the panel?
Have you merged the card and the Pin or ticked the pin option on the card.

Hi.
I do my training online.
I created a new access level and included all device elements as its access points ( including all card readers ), I also set up a 24 hours calendar for that access level by ticking all days and setting the start time at 00:00:00 and stop time at 23:59:59.
I directly gave the access level to the user in the access tab.
Yes, I have enabled the card type in the panel
I don't understand what you meant by " merge the card and the pin "
and I haven't ticked the pin option in the card

Can you help me to point out anything wrong ?
