Default HIKVISION NVR - Cameras connected via Wifi

    Hi Guys,

Have had an issue on various sites. wanted to see if anyone else has.

    Setup -

X2Video or older model Hikvision DS7608 Etc NVR
Hikvision IP camera set on 2048k 2MP
Ubiquiti Wifi bridge set on channel 1 20mhz width (not a busy channel in area)

    Problem -

The cameras will drop off the nvr and say 'no link' or 'no camera' yet when tested on SADP tool or browser they are there and ok. Theres no IP conflicts etc. they are on a closed LAN.

Rebooting the NVR will bring them back. Rebooting the cameras bring them back. Rebooting the Wifi link brings them back.

The time stamp ticks over nicely. No major skipping.

Have found upgrading the NVR to new 4K model fixes. also found using a powerline adapter fixes.

It seems to be a latency issue using wifi on the older spec NVR's? X2 model is current but based on the older model.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

    Ross
