Default Redump disc/iso collection (PS1, PS2, Sega Saturn etc) on a hard drive

I'm basically looking for an instant collection of iso/roms from:

It will take ages to download them so I would be interested in purchasing them from someone that already has it. For example, you can put them on a big hard drive (1 to 3GB) and post it to me or meet up somewhere (in Melbourne) to collect. To make it easier, I'm only interested in the (Japan) region games so that should cut down on the size. Just the PS1 Japan set is probably over 1TB by now. We can discuss the details later.

Or if you could direct me to a forum or some place else that offers this service, that would be great.

Also, even though my feedback says zero, I've had transactions before as a buyer and seller here. I was here before the feedback system was put in. Also, I'm pretty sure some of my past posts got deleted. Probably because of the forum upgrade(s).

Obviously I haven't visited this forum in a long time.

Well you can correct me if I’m wrong but I believe no ROM’s are actually stored, only details of how to accurately dump your own images.

You're not wrong, that's the purpose of that particular website. But the actual complete sets can be found elsewhere via torrents and direct links. In any case, I might be upgrading my Internet speeds in the future so I might be able to just grab them all myself. But it would still be much more convenient and faster to grab them from a single person.
