Default CPS 2.0 FPP for NA kinda...

I can confirm that FPP is HALF ASSED ENABLED.

Options enabled will let you edit the following

    Channel Name
    Color Code
    Repeater Slot ARS
    Admit Criteria
    In Call Criteria
    Time Out Timer

Still doesn't let you edit freqs

    1. Open a codeplug or read out your radio
    2. General Folder > General Settings @ the top of the screen there is FRONT PROGRAMMING PASSWORD
    3. Click on that and it should take you to that section
    4. Mode = Dealer / Password I usually fill it with 1s

Once you program the radio go into the Main Menu > Utilities > PROGRAM RADIO

Enter the password and test it out, let us know how it goes I heard LA firmware has FPP but i'm to lazy to test the firmware at the moment.

Regarding your instructions I have programmed DP4801e with older CPS ver.16.0 (build 828) with firmware R02.07.01.0000 and I get one more note "Program Radio". After enter password You could see:

    1.Edit 5T SUID
    2.Sign.Systems
    3.Edit Zone
    4.Edit Channel
    5.Radio Button
    6.Accy.Button

Is seems that is same possibilities like You mention before except Sign.System into EMEA where you can put your 5-ID call pre, post or both in PTT.
So like you see this option is not regarding new firmware, in fact it was exist before but I didn't know 'till you say about it.
Also I will try this with latest firmware and CPS. If I get something new I'll write it.

Now I have tried same thing with DP4601 radio without alphanumeric keypad. i get same thing but not all like radio with alphanumeric keypad. So that is:

    1.Sign.Systems
    2.Edit Channel
    3.Accy Button

Like you see there is 3 items which missing, and there is items under these 3 which also missing obviously because there is no regular keypad.

The only way to properly have FPP is to use the Asia "AS" firmware. Or if someone wants to share Flashzap PCR 2.X to me it would be possible to port over this function in all Region firmware.

Are you sure of the possibility of porting to other regions?

In theory the other regions the internal code for FPP has been either deleted or commented out. For testing I need to find Flashzap PCR 2.0. The older release of Flashzap PCR 1.00.00 doesn't work well on extracting the internal data for gen 2 trbo radios. Then I could start doing compares between the Asia release and the NA release.
