Apart from the obvious stupidity that he was still driving around an hour later with the 'goods'.... I'm amazed at how little damage there appears to be on the van, compared to what was done to the Commodore police car he hit.

cops are trying to find out where he had been to prior to the collision. The van may have left the container terminal with $400mill of drugs and there was only half a load left to deliver
