    Default Some interesting security holes

One of my regular newsfeeds is fromTechRadar. today they posted a couple of interesting ones,

and for the digital camera owners

Fortunately my DSLR is a little old for this sort of jiggerpokery and Wife is the only owner of bits of fruit around here.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

The cable is interesting if it is actually true.

The other stuff is standard protocol for years.
I avoid phones like Samsung that have loads of unremovable bloat as this always means an increased vulnerability risk.

    Ransom where gets every ware
So if your camera is connected to PC that has/had internet then chances are you will never get a chance to back your photos up.

I have PCs that never see the internet for a reason.

Incredible what these Low Life Pieces of shit will stoop to.
Just bought some new cameras and printers with Wi fi so I can print direct for some specifi jobs I want to go after and now not even that is safe.
I would think that if the camera was locked it should be possible for the software to be erased and the memory re flashed. Still a giant pain in the arse though.

These crunts that create these Virus's and extort people like this are no better than Rapists or Peados to me. Given the opportunity I would would explore my darker side with them and make them very sorry. I'd let them live so they might pass the tales of their punishment onto others which would make most of the snivelling cowards think twice.
