Bosch Solution 3000 not triggering siren strobe outputs
I was installing a Bosch Solution 3000 from Alink and it would not trigger the outputs for the siren and strobe on alarm. The battery was new, fully charged and the siren worked when i manually put 12V on it. The only OP i didnt have connected was the Piezo screamer and the smoke alarm. I was using the slim line style siren strobe unit with LEDs as the strobe.
I put my meter on the OP and it was showing 2.8V when active, and 12V when not but no sound or strobe. Polarity was confirmed to be correct. Also
Is there something I missed, or is there a situation where the siren and strobe wont go off or go into a protection mode?
Could it have been the Siren or strobe gone into some kind of state?
Does anyone know of a way to set the output to trigger manually for testing from Alink software like you can with the 6000 / Solution link?

Try power cycling the panel.
Normally the outputs don't work when low battery detected.
Post a photo of the PCB connections.
