    Default Fire Season

well with all the dry weather we have had it looks like we have started with
and early fire season. Already 6 odd homes lost in 2 fires.

could be a very bad year

Just had a phone call from Daughter in the hinterland of Brisvegas, hubby found out on Faceache that they are supposed to be evacuated. Sounds like QLD needs some lessons from SA on how to manage the population of fire threatened areas. Her friend is apparently now locked up at her home further in because no one mentioned the they need to evacuate.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

Geez, its all going off on the Sunshine Coast
Not great when you see your best mate on TV talking about fleeing from the fire!
Deliberately lit they are saying... early reports said they had the youths in custody, haven't heard much since.

Between NSW and QLD, more fires than anyone needs!
If u want to go on an expedition get a Land Rover, if u want to come home from an expedition get a Landcruiser!

Pretty much exactly what the QLD Police chief was saying at the media interview
They probably have some secret online app and boast about it to
If u want to go on an expedition get a Land Rover, if u want to come home from an expedition get a Landcruiser!
