Default bosch icp cc404p, instantly goes off when sensor triggered

I have a bosch icp cc404p. It has all the settings on default values except for the master and installer codes, and I have programed a mobile number to call when it gets set off.

The problem I'm having is, as soon as I enter the room with the keypad in it and trigger the sensor, the alarm goes of straight away without giving me any time to enter the code?

I have checked and the default should be 20 secs for entry timer 1 and 40 secs for entry timer 2 (I've gone into the settings and confirmed these are the times that are set).

So why do I not have any time to enter my code?

What zone number is the sensor connected too?
Have you check the zone type setting for the zone?

Its zone think its zone 2, meaning its a handover zone. Ill try changing this to delay 1 and see if it fixes it
