Default EDM Solution 8 faults - all zones flashing on keypad- going off unarmed

I have had an EDM solution 8 alarm. whole system is ~ 25 years old. it has 3 PIRs
Recently it has been going off when armed and unarmed and all the zone indicators continually flash once it goes off.
The strobe doesn't light up anymore.

Would replacing the strobe and doing a factory reset be of any use? or just replace it totally (I think I have had a good run)

    Any tips would be appreciated.

I think it might be time to replace it.
Could try factory reset and re-program.

going to buy a new board.
I have a spare new keypad (NX-1516) that I would like to use, but it's for a hills system.
So thinking of getting a hills alarm and just just wondering whether a reliance 8 board will be able to be mounted in the old panel easily?
Would it be possible if screws line up etc. or is it known not to and I should just buy a panel as well?

The Reliance board may be a bit difficult to mount flat in the can as it's designed to slide into slots pressed into the can.
But with a few stand offs and holes in the right place you should be fine.

Replace the PIRs as well if they are 25 years old they will be Mmmm tired.

Personally I would get a new kit and ditch the old stuff.

Does anyone know of competitively priced suppliers in Melbourne (I don't mind buying online but I would like to get it soon)?
For a reliance 8 kit with 3 PIRs.
I don't need anything fancy at all.
