Android call recorder for android 9? - 10?
Wondering if a "work around" has been discovered for late model phones ?. without rooting the device. a Google search does not reveal much of interest. Would a different search engine be worth exploring? thanks in advance.

I can't help you with the first part of your post, but can comment on the second.
It's very easy to find out about internet search engines. Yahoo and Dogpile are several that come to mind.
Use Google to find them and others too.

Ever thought about using an external device? I've used with decent results.
I am not affiliated with the company, and there are similar devices on eBay. YMMV.
Our local laws only require one party consent (like Queensland in Australia) and its served me well. Due to it using bluetooth it does require a bit of "jockeying about" in the car, since most people (including myself) have the thing set to auto connect within the vehicle. In that case, I do a forced connect to the recorder, foring disconnect from the auto. Practice this, and you'll be able to do this with ease.
Again, not a software option, but it works for me.
