    Default Pet friendly sensors

    Hi all

I have just moved into a new-to-me house. It has an alarm, but only 2 sensors. I want to get better coverage of the house, so am thinking I will scrap what has been installed and install a new system that suits my needs better.

I want to have an armed alarm while the house is unattended, but also have my dog (approx 14kg) have the run of the house. How reliable are pet friendly sensors, and are there any particular brands / models that I should look for? Is there a particular brand of alarm that would be better suited to this use?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

I use Bosch Gen2 Blueline Tritechs, no issues so far.
