Default Early Release Terror Suspect Shot

When will we ever learn..................and with a tag for monitoring. Named Usman Khan. Funny how it's always the guys that you least expect..

London terror attack: convicted terrorist Usman Khan was wearing an electronic tag

A convicted terrorist released from jail after agreeing to his movements being monitored stabbed two people to death during a rampage before being shot by police.

The attacker, wearing a hoax suicide belt and named by police as Usman Khan, 28, had been a guest at a Cambridge University conference on prisoner rehabilitation being held in the City of London. He threatened to blow up the historic Fishmongers’ Hall, which was hosting the conference, before stabbing several people. A man and a woman were believed to have been killed and three other people were taken to hospital by ambulance.

“This individual was known to authorities, having been convicted in 2012 for terrorism offences. He was released from prison in December 2018 on licence,” Neil Basu, head of UK counter-terrorism policing, said in a statement.
Usman Khan, then 20, was jailed on February 9, 2012 with others after admitting to being involved with a group of fundamentalists who plotted a spate of mail bomb attacks during the run-up to Christmas in 2010.
Usman Khan, then 20, was jailed on February 9, 2012 with others after admitting to being involved with a group of fundamentalists who plotted a spate of mail bomb attacks during the run-up to Christmas in 2010.

In 2012 Khan, from Stoke in central England, was jailed along with eight others in a terrorist group inspired by Al-Qaeda that had plotted to bomb targets including the London Stock Exchange.

He was sentenced to a minimum of eight years in prison and was also found guilty of making longer-term plans including taking part in “terrorist training” in Pakistan.

Basu said Khan had attended an event on Friday afternoon at Fishmonger’s Hall, a historic building on the north side of the bridge in the centre of the capital.

“We believe that the attack began inside before he left the building and proceeded onto London Bridge, where he was detained and subsequently confronted and shot by armed officers,” he said.

During Friday’s attack, witnesses tackled the knifeman to the pavement on London Bridge and removed two knives that he had taped to his hands. He was then shot by police, who feared he was about to detonate an explosive belt. Police were said to have told witnesses that the man also had a gun in a bag.

Whitehall sources said last night that Khan was released from prison about a year ago after agreeing to wear an electronic tag, used to enforce curfews or restrict an offender’s movements.

The Ministry of Justice became aware of his identity shortly after the attack and ordered a review.

The stabbings happened near the site of the 2017 terrorist attack by Islamic State supporters on London Bridge, in which eight people were killed.

Boris Johnson hailed the “extraordinary bravery” of the public who intervened and pledged that “anybody involved in this crime and these attacks will be hunted down and will be brought to justice”. Responding to news that the attacker was a convicted terrorist, the prime minister said: “I have long argued that it is a mistake to allow serious and violent criminals to come out of prison early and it is very important that we get out of that habit.”

Last night he held a meeting of the Cobra emergency committee to discuss the government’s response. Mr Basu, Scotland Yard’s assistant commissioner, said the attack was a terrorist incident. Dame Cressida Dick, the Metropolitan Police commissioner, said officers were investigating whether others were involved and warned that cordons would remain in the area “for some time”. She added: “I want to thank the members of the public who have helped, either by showing extraordinary courage by stepping in to tackle this attacker or by following the instructions they have subsequently been given by officers.”

Simon Stevens, the head of NHS England, said last night that one of the stab victims was in a critical but stable condition, a second person was stable and a third had less serious injuries.

The attack happened three weeks after the terrorism threat level was lowered from “severe” to “substantial”.

The conference at Fishmongers’ Hall had been organised by the Institute of Criminology at Cambridge. A university spokeswoman said it was “gravely concerned” at reports that staff and students were caught up in the incident.

Political leaders urged voters not to let the attack influence the general election. The prime minister has cancelled his campaigning events today (Saturday). Jeremy Corbyn, the Labour leader, said: “We cannot let our democratic process be derailed by acts of terror.”
The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.

Sentences for convicted terrorists in countries that do not have the death penalty should be 'never to be released'.

And there are pure and utter fktards arguing to bring back those whom have fought for Isis here and " Rehabilitate" them.

There ought to be a national outrage at the mere thought of such a moronic and idiotic idea.
They were told not to go, they were told they would never be allowed back in and they went and likely fought and Killed our own armed forces and that of our allies.

The idea of letting them back in and wasting money to de crazy them is as repulsive and offensive as it is treasonous.

The rehabilitation needs to be done on those that even mention such a ludicrous Idea and they should be incarcerated until they come to their senses and stop being such looney lefties.

There is only one sure method of rehab for these terrorist scum.
A small amount of lead inserted behind the left ear, at about 1200fps.

The sooner we realise this the better

    Exactly!

Yeah, he went to the authorities and said, I am wrong, I have done the wrong thing and I want help to stop doing what allah has said I must do"
Pigs flucking arse he did! Any documentation of this request anywhere? Nah, thought not.

None of these people believe they are doing anything but the right thing. No one that's crazy thinks they are, they think they are the only right thinking people.
You can't brainwash something that has been instilled in them every hour of every day in every aspect of their lives since birth. It's ridiculous.

Let me guess, his Lawyer is a Muzzo as well.

Only one thing to remember with these people, they are ENCOURAGED to lie to the infidels to protect their cult and as a strategy to gain their trust in order to defeat them. Can't think of a better example than this. That renders everything and anything they say to be taken as the lie more times than not it is. If it seems even a little unlikely, you can bet they are employing their taqiyya which is the approved and encouraged lying to the the non believers.

If the softcrock westerners that defend these people and make excuses accepted and acknowledged this, the death cult would be seen far more clearly for what it is.

I -thought- UK cops didn't carry guns but maybe they have changed this or trained up some that can.... probably due to incidents like this.

Hope they don't release the body of the shit bag for a month, just to upset the family and deny him his proper cult funeral.

I could not see anything coming back to the cop that shot him.... other than a commendation. The public outcry and political ramifaciations from the 28 Non muzzos left in London and from the rest of the UK would be huge if there was any remand that got public.

The public fighting back at these filthy camel copulators is getting to be a thing with growing social support and encouragement.

These filth are all gutless chicken shits, even the wanna be heros that try to pick on and harass people in the streets. Never do it unless there is 12 to 1. An unfair fight to them is if there are only 3 of them and one of someone else. Had maybe a dozen over the years standing in front of me telling me they are going to bash me or get me and the second you say lets go then, they yap some more and run if you step toward them even if there are 2 or 3 of the morons.
Doesen't even matter if they are roid Junkies and built like Gorillas, they have no effing balls what so ever and the minute you stand up to them and they see you are not intimidated and ready to go, they piss their pants. Been there, done that and thought I was going to get my arse handed to me but couldn't believe how gutless and full of it they are. Most pathetic cowards in the world

British police thwart plot by another early released terrorist

    Jacquelin Magnay
    LONDON

Within hours of a crackdown following Friday’s terror attack in London, British police have discovered another early-released terrorist was planning and preparing a terrorist act.

Nazam Hussain, 34, was detained for allegedly plotting a fresh attack after West Midlands police searched his house and found evidence of a terror plot.

It followed urgent demands by Prime Minister Boris Johnson for an immediate review of the cases of 74 prisoners who were automatically released after serving half of their jail sentences. However, Mr Johnson has been accused of using the attack to boost his stocks in the election campaign.

Hussain was a close associate of Usman Khan, 28, the man shot dead by police after murdering two young Britons in Friday’s Fishmongers Hall and London Bridge attack. Their families came from the same area of Pakistan-controlled Kashmir.

Hussain and Khan had been sentenced in 2012 for the same terror plot to blow up the London Stock Exchange, both given indeterminate sentences that were overturned on appeal and had also been released from jail on the same day last December.

Khan, still wearing an electronic tag, had fooled those around him into believing he was no longer a threat before carrying out his savagery.

He had even been used by the University of Cambridge’s Learning Together program as a poster boy, promoting how students had run 10km to raise money to buy him a computer to learn on.

But on Friday he strapped knives to his hands and attached a fake suicide vest during a lunchtime break in the Learning Together London meeting before embarking on his stabbing rampage. Khan killed one of the program leaders, Jack Merritt, 25, and a Cambridge graduate volunteer, Saskia Jones, 23. Three others were injured, including Lukasz, the Polish chef who is to be honoured for his bravery by Poland.

Lukasz, whose surname has not been released because of security fears, pulled the narwhal tusk off the wall to allow others in the hall time to escape and he was stabbed five times on his arm.

Mr Merritt’s father, David, warned Mr Johnson not to crack down on other prisoners as it would not be what his son would want. He later tweeted: “Don’t use my son’s death, and his and his colleague’s photos, to promote your vile propaganda. Jack stood against everything you stand for — hatred, division, ignorance.”

Mr Johnson told the BBC that Khan’s release was necessary under the law. “The automatic early release scheme under which he was sentenced — that was the reality — and that was brought in by Labour with the support of Jeremy Corbyn and the rest of the #Labour Party,” Mr Johnson said.

He added: “I think it is ridiculous, I think it is repulsive, that individuals as dangerous as this man should be allowed out after serving only eight years and that’s why we are going to change the law.”

Mr Johnson was trying to make the distinction between his Tory government, in power for a few months, and the Tory governments of David Cameron and Theresa May being in power for 10 years. Mr Johnson said “probably about 74” convicted terrorists had been released under the automatic halving of prison time, but assured the public, saying they all would be properly invigilated to make sure there was no threat.

Mr Johnson’s stance contrasts with Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, who said on Sky News that convicted terrorists should not necessarily serve their full sentence, calling instead for rehabilitation and deradicalisation.

Later, Mr Corbyn blamed funding cuts to probation, mental health and youth services, for creating “missed chances to intervene in the lives of people who go on to commit inexcusable acts”.

Mr Corbyn also blamed the Iraq war and other British foreign policies for fuelling terrorism. “Real security doesn’t only come from strong laws and intelligence, it comes also from effective public services that have the funding they need,” he said.

Britain’s Daily Telegraph revealed that Mr Corbyn had protested against terror suspects being extradited to the US, leading a 2012 rally adjacent to that of hate preacher Anjem Choudary.
    The same paper....

Within hours of a crackdown following Friday’s terror attack in London, British police have discovered another early-released terrorist was planning and preparing a terrorist act.
And they think they can de radicalise these loons and make them productive members of society?

Mr Merritt’s father, David, warned Mr Johnson not to crack down on other prisoners as it would not be what his son would want. He later tweeted: “Don’t use my son’s death, and his and his colleague’s photos, to promote your vile propaganda. Jack stood against everything you stand for — hatred, division, ignorance.”
This father Killed his son with his softcock leftist attitude he instilled in him and is still too Fking stupid to realise what he has done even in the face of the indescribable tragedy he has suffered. The mental affliction these people have is severe, powerful and extremely dangerous.

I hope he only had one child and has not given any others such a poor and lacking upbringing.

They should arrest all men and woman with the name of Khan, well we get most of them. I laughed whilst watching the speech that the UK Prime Minister (Boris Johnson) said all about terrorist, He raved on France 24 in English for 30 minutes NON stop what he wants to do with terrorist but because he ran out of word he also said in 3 words "SEX Offenders too!". What in the Fukc has sex Offender have to do with terrorist?. Or maybe all terrorists are sex Offenders too.

I will say he will have a case against him because his job is to arrest the person not to kill him because at the time, I will say it again at that time he was not threatening anyone there. I like watching Reuters On Asiasat as they show non edited footage. Also they shows the Face (something got in his eye or face) of the Cop that killed that maggot scum mus- slam

I would suggest that is almost guaranteed given their cult leader married a 6 yo and their long history of sex slave trading. They still marry under age kids to this day.
