GT250, there is a sensitivity adjustment on the level sensor under the small foil sticker on the front. Adjusting the sensitivity lower, may stop your output 'bounce'. Might be worth a try.

Hi all,
Uncle Fester, I agree with the IP setting
The relay you mentioned before (i think i asked), but is it to replace the Relay i have now, or would it go in series?
Onefella, i wasn't aware of a sensitivity setting. I'll have a look over the weekend. I'd rather not (and i appreciate you help), not go down a new learning curve this time with the Arduino stuff. It's like a Rabbit hole, once i would go down I'm never get back out, there's a massive amount of things to do with those boards.
Cheers,
GT250.
No it does not replace the relay but is it is not a series circuit either. You use it to drive the relay you already have which I refer to as the heater relay.
Please read the post again:
Make sure you don't order the wrong board I first mentioned but the one with the enclosure and all the modes:
I think I nutted out what Lsemmens was on about and strongly suggest that you do this as it is much simpler and you don't need to buy anything as your relay appears to be DPDT:
You are just switching active(the brown wire and make sure it is active) so you got a set of contacts free.
Just be 100% sure you don't mix up the 12V and the 240V side.
...and for Pete's sake(that's me) put it all in a fitting junction box.
This is a set reset flip flop I was talking about earlier. The sensor sets it and by removing the 12V (e.g. switching off it's power on the wall) it resets.

Update: A deletion of features that work well and ain't broke but are deemed outdated in order to add things that are up to date and broken.

Ah! A latching relay. Should work.
Ah, ok.
Thanks, very much Uncle Fester, I'll have a go at it as soon as I can.
If I'm still alive after doing it , I'll report back
That is close enough to what I had designed Fester, thanks. That'll teach me not to save my chicken scratchings in future.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...
