    Default Tecom Challenger V8 Suppression time

    Hi,

    I have a Tecom Challenger v8 and would like to adjust the Suppression time from 5 seconds to 10. Could anyone please tell me in the menu where I can change the time of this?

    Do you mean shunt timers? Option 21.

    Thank you very much for the quick response. When I enter my code and click Hash twice The screen will say suppressed so I can open the door with the alarm going off. The issue is sometimes we have slow staff to get to the door in time which the suppression expires. Not too sure if this is shunt timer or not but I will get that ago tomorrow.
