    Default Phone Charging - 25Watt vs 45Watt

My current phone is exhibiting typical end of battery life issues
Fast Discharging, Fast Initial Recharging to 20% then slow to a full charge

One interesting thing i've noticed is current (Amp) delivery to the phone greatly changes depending on which USB lead i use
One is near useless 280ma while another will give 1200ma for the same AC Charge Adapter

So i'm thinking of buying some new USB leads and maybe some 45Watt AC Charger Adaptors
(Although a new phone is ultimately in order)

Can there be any issue using a 45Watt AC Charge Adaptor on a phone that came standard with a 25Watt Charger?
It seems no phone i've ever owned will accept anywhere near the capacity of the charger anyway

Can anyone recommend quality USB to Micro USB leads?

    Cheers

To get the full 45 watt your phone will need to be compatible.

Huawei phones use a proprietary usb lead with a purple insert and matching charger.

    They call it supercharge.

I believe it uses standard 5v pinouts and 9v pinouts to achieve the 45w rating.
