Like when I see these old guys that fought in WWI and went through mustard gas attacks and breathed god knows what and were exposed to a lot more through their lives and they live till 105 yo. Then there are other people who genuinely do try to be healthy and die in their '50s.

The whole thing of healthy living has always amused me. Don't eat all these things you love because they are bad for you and will shorten your life. So what's the extrapolation of that? Live years longer craving for things you love but can't have and suffer for longer than if you had died, Maybe? a couple of years earlier enjoying yourself and having a great time instead of hanging on miserable?

Buggered if I can see the logic in that!

I'll say one thing about these old Rockers. It keeps them fit. How many other people their age could go as hard as they do? There are a damn site more getting round in wheelchairs and on walking frames than there are putting in anywhere near the energy and doing what these old Musos can. Lot of 50 Yo's couldn't come near it.
I saw Doc neeson in one of his last performances. Went every bit as hard as the times I saw him 30 years earlier.
I thought to myself 50 times, I'd be bloody glad if I could do what he is when I'm his age.

Just remember. All those people who are living healthy lifestyles so they don't catch any thing nasty are going to look awfully stupid dying of nothing.........
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

Every smoke you have takes 10 minutes off your life....and gives it to Keith Richards.
The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.

    Few things come to mind:

    - Happy to see that we are celebrating a LIVING musician on this forum.
    - 76 is not considered old these days.
    - Keith Richards is one of the very few guitarists that nobody can copy.
    - Drugs and alcohol do not mean that you will die at 30 although back then you were supposed to.
    - The secret to healthy life is everything in moderation except when it comes to collecting guitars. He has around 3000.
    - I only have around 15, so a lot of catching up to do.
Update: A deletion of features that work well and ain't broke but are deemed outdated in order to add things that are up to date and broken.
Compatibility: A word soon to be deleted from our dictionaries as it is outdated.
Humans: Entities that are not only outdated but broken... AI-self-learning-update-error...terminate...terminate...
