Default Tecom V10 IP Connection Issues

Looking to replace our existing V8 Board with a V10 Board. Have Migrated all the data and the V10 is working perfectly though i can not connect to the V10 from Titan via IP. Followed all the setup steps, can ping the board and have confirmed it is on the correct IP Address.

    Any Pointers?

I presume the panel is a C10-06-???? connected via USB

Ensure comms path is enabled, The password and the challenger number matches in the panel and software. Are you using the default path?

    Turn off the Firewall

In admin ports delete the port and create a new one. Make sure the IP address is that of the panel and the port is correct. Default is 3001

    It's a V10 Board, i've migrated the data from V8 to Challenger 10(Pre V10-06)

Firewall is disabled, Password and challenger matches the panel, and using path 1 though i have tried 1-3.

IP Address matches and i can Ping the board. Tried deleting the port and created a new one with no luck.

Does the firmware version have the Default comms setting in the board?

I would suggest upgrading to the current version.

In the IP tab of the Comms settings have you got UDP/IP selected NOT TCP/IP

    Hi there

Not sure if you've resolved this yet.
Have you set up Comms Path 3 (Management Software) and put the Send To Ip address in (which should be the computer with the software on it) and you have selected UDP/IP and obviously ticked to say this path is active?
