All we ever see is retail outlets jamming promotions and sales down our throats in an attempt to get our hard earned money

Now these same outlets are putting limits on sales

Like farmers, they never bloody happy

QLD BORDER CLOSURE

FRK me i spent 1 1/2hrs waiting only to be turned away and given
a website addy to log in and apply for a permit. Then once i got the permit
another 2hrs waiting to go 5km over the border for stock.

They have left open only 3 access roads all others have been closed and are patrolled
24/7 like the Korean border

so if anyone is on the nsw/qld border that needs to cross over then go to

fill out the couple questions to get the pass emailed to you

Seriously, the stupidity of people sometimes astounds me -- just went into town to get 2months supply of meds ; lass behind the counter asks me to wait outside and she'll give me a shout out when it's ready.

I go outside to where my car's parked out front in the sunshine, and hang there ~ other customers rock up for their scripts, get told the same thing, and they all end up milling about in the shade of a small gazebo they've set up for customers to wait under. so they'll all be well within 1m or each other, and may as well all be locked up in the same room.. one mother took the time to bring her 3 kids with her.

Maybe there's something in that 'world reset' talk ~ world would perhaps be a different place if all the idiots were killed off.

Just spoke to a couple in New Zealand.
They were just out walking around the lake in thier area, police pull up and yell at them to get home!!!

Hope we don't get like that here

This morning at the shops I saw some young people stuffing around pretending to cough into their hand when we walked pass now thats bad enough but what i saw later was concerning. One of this young smart arses coughed in his hands and went around touching the door handles on cars. Now this was Early in the Morning 7.00 to 8.00am where the oldies shop at woolies shop and at the same time around 8 to 8.15the school kids hang around outside woolies and these thugs were not dressed in a uniform otherwise I would ring the school and ask to speak to the headmaster and tell him or her whats I saw.
Absolutely Disgraceful act to do. It show you what some young think about the old.

They are on level 4 restrictions in NZ, that means they are supposed to stay in their homes.

What I dont understand is if the lot of us stay at home for the next few months and the Covid 19 dies off (economy ruined) and we go out in the street say in December and everyone is happy so what happens if a fully blown infected person with covid-19 come out from overseas again and infects the lot of us in late December early January 2021. The Only difference I see they might have a vaccine ready then. Something does not add up here. (Yes I know about the Hospitals respirator and they cannot have 2 million population in the Hospital).

And they still letting Aussies fly in from O/S and "Self Isolate" aka, go shopping the next day

EDIT for your edit: Yes I agree Australia failed miserably in that regard.
When the educated idiot factories started paying Chinese students to come back to Australia it should have been jumped on there and then...WTF did they expect?
