Lady next door saw me out the back this afternoon and started a Chat. Nice enough woman but a voice like fingernails on a black board. Also into a lot of that alternate type stuff.

Was telling me she thinks like some others it's all to do with the 5G roll out. Reckons in the places they have it worst is where the 5G has been set up. Human body can't cope with the change in environment and gets I'll. Apparently....

Was going off her nut because shes been shopping and can't get toilet paper and have virtually none, no meat, frozens, bread, flour.....
Suffice to say she's not a fan of the Chinese Gubbermint, blames it all on them which may be a highly creditable thing. Her daughter in law is Chinese and shes told me several times before her son is punching well above his weight with her and hopes one day she doesen't realise she got the short end of that stick. They have a couple of Nice kids.
Neighbour seems to love the people mainly, although not too impressed with their Hygiene in the times she has been there, and has no words to describe the treachery and evil of the Gubbermint.

She was blaming our gubbermint for not putting rationing into place. I said I 95% blame the media. The hysterics I have seen on the box the few times I have seen it the last couple of days. She agreed with that and said it's all they are talking about. On the radio , the tv and in the papers. Stuff the poor buggers that got their house burnt down 8 weeks ago and are still in accommodation, they are old news and completely forgotten about now. What if it gets in these areas where people are still living in makeshift accommodation? Hard enough over winter if you are in a shed or something but with this looming.

    Can't argue with that point.

And I DO think the media are HIGHLY responsible for the panic buying. What other message are they sending to people but to be shit scared and put the fear of god into them? It's what they always play on! Have they blamed Globull warming for the virus Yet? Bet my arse some bedwetter has!
Said it before and I'll say it again, in my book, the media, The lefty's/greenwashed and the religion of love and peace are far and away the biggest threats to the world and life as we know it.

The easiest threat to cure is the media because that would cut the legs out from under the rest and make fixing those problems so much easier.

Had a laugh, heard on the news that the mayor of New York has called for assistance from the military to fight the coronavirus. I suddenly had a mental picture of a bunch of commandos, armed to the teeth racing down a New York street firing sub-machine guns and throwing grenades at bunches of viruses standing on street corners.

I seems the mayor actually want the army engineers to build an isolation hospital on the outskirts of the city.

Chat with a local supermarket manager -- 'see all those expensive items left on shelves, that nobody is buying, even though the 3 other cheaper brands of the same thing have been bought out? Those 'premium' lines are gunna get the axe once this is all over'...

The only dunny rub left on the shelf in our local IGA are those rolls of 1000 sheet (insert appropriate expletive here), I expect that the newspaper is doing a roaring trade at the moment. We are all on common effluent here, so I expect to see the pump truck around the neighbourhood over the next few months, even though they pumped all the septics only a few months back.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

Place over the road is an assisted living home.
They have the boh truck every Thursday Morning, 7 am on the dot.
No fking chance of a sleep in on any Thursday morning here! Thing has a 4" transparent hose and you can see " Things" going up the pipe even from this side of the road as the sun is always behind the pipe.

Must cost a fortune to have this done every week.

Better check out the share price of Gilead Sciences (GILD), the makers of Remdesivir

One old person it was used on cured, a few countries have started using it and reporting good results, still early days of testing though....

In response to the 2019–20 coronavirus outbreak induced by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, Gilead provided remdesivir for a "small number of patients" in collaboration with Chinese medical authorities for studying its effects.[17]

Gilead also started laboratory testing of remdesivir against SARS-CoV-2. Gilead stated that remdesivir was "shown to be active" against SARS and MERS in animals.[3][18]

In late January 2020, remdesivir was administered to the first US patient to be confirmed to be infected by SARS-CoV-2, in Snohomish County, Washington, for "compassionate use" after he progressed to pneumonia. While no broad conclusions were made based on the single treatment, the patient's condition improved dramatically the next day,[7] and they were eventually discharged.[19]

Also in late January 2020, Chinese medical researchers stated to the media that in exploratory research considering a selection of 30 drug candidates, remdesivir and three other drugs, chloroquine, lopinavir/ritonavir and favipiravir, seemed to have "fairly good inhibitory effects" on SARS-CoV-2 at the cellular level. Requests to start clinical testing were submitted.[20][21] On February 6, 2020, a clinical trial of remdesivir began in China.[22]

On 17 March 2020, remdesivir was provisionally approved for use for COVID19 patients in a serious condition in the Czech Republic.[23]

On 18 March 2020, the first italian COVID-19 patient was successfully cured with remdesivir in Genoa. [24]

Massive Death increase in Italy and Spain in the last 24hours
I guess to be expected given the number of infected

And here we are, at 3am, when you'd think the skys should be void of aircraft entering or leaving the country

Especially the amount coming In and Out from Asia and America

If this thing really kicks off here, like they predict
The hospital bed shortage is going to be a very real thing
I can see, just like the shopping bus trips to regional areas to buy out a small towns food, they try and do the same with Hospital beds

The fact our Casinos haven't been closed if pretty laughable
Even all the Pokie machine areas in Pubs and Clubs is still open
I doubt you could get a more likely area to come in physical contact with a virus

Ahhhh revenue, you gotta love it

Then my Mrs said how worried she feels going to work at the school now
    Just a minefield in there

From what I have normally seen, that's a lot more planes than usual for that time. Looks to me like the airline industry is doing real bloody well!

4 planes coming in right now from LAX alone, another 3 From Singapore. Several each from Kulalumpur, hong kong, canada, NZ and Ximen and Shanghai... and they are NOT cargo's!

Fking joke there are any passenger planes coming in at all especially from China let alone the rest of asia!!
