It is going to be interesting now for the 100's of thousands of people that do Visa runs
Or people now being stuck in a country because they have over stayed

Or the massive yachting community that travel the world, now being locked out of ports

I see some shops now have security at the doors and you MUST have a mask on to enter.

Speaking of something we all touch..... Fuel Bowsers ???

Israel, China, US, Canada and even Italy are trying new drugs on Really Really sick people.

Nearly all the 1st world countries are claiming they have a vaccine.. Whoever comes up with the cure will be a Trillionaire, due to Everyone needing a flu shot ever year.

No, that's correct -- your blood type matters. That HepC I had for 30years that was so hard to find a cure for? For the most part, that particular genome/strain was only found in people with AB- blood type ; folks with more common blood types responded to standard hepatitis treatment protocols as they had the more common genome/strain of the virus.

So when is China going to be held accountable for not alerting the world earlier and trying to cover it up ?
I guess there is a small chance it could have be isolated to that area, but not likely

Still, the trying to silence doctors and sweep it under the rug is very irresponsible

On the topic of vaccines, everybody is trialling medicines to find out IF they work. Nobody has one yet and it will take 6-12 months before tests confirm that they are safe, even if there might be individual promising results soon.
Finding an existing treatment that has already been approved for other Virus types, like Godzilla mentioned is a different story but that is not a vaccine.

Yep they did try and cover it up and false report.

over the last few weeks have been watching and noticing another single nation
seeming to do the same .

    HMMM who could it be

    THE USA

It has been reported that 80% of our cases have come from overseas and most
from the usa and that is the same report from Euro countries. But they said they had frk all
    ill patients .

South Korea, population 51 million, tests nearly 20,000 people per day.
The United States, population 327 million, has tested roughly 11,000 people TOTAL

    piss weak

Don't even get me started on Australia

As an island nation, we were in a great situation to isolate
I wonder when some of these Politicians start losing family members, parents etc if they might have thought more could have been done?

The US is all talk. If it's not involved with a military intervention, it's institutions are a mess.

Consider the Hurricane Katrina double disaster. First the hurricane itself and then the pathetic inadequate response.
The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.

Nah Tiny.... that will only stop dust and not a virus... You'll need a P2/N95 face mask.. That's what I've been told.

I don't see the image either but maybe something more in line with this might be acceptable in the future:

    Just visited 2 Metro supermarkets
    ALDI and Coles...

ALDI had security roaming the check out area
    Coles business as usual

So many people touching products, then the checkout girl touches them, then you touch them again....

    No one really cares

Shops all had Toilet Roll this morning
    None now

I wish to contract this virus NOW ~ we need at least one member to report what it's like, first hand ; I'll be bitterly disappointed if nobody in the forum catches it, as we won't have any accurate data!

    It's a great social experiment isn't it
From Perceived Risk to Actual Rick
From Precautionary Measures to Reactive measures...

Very hard for people to be worried about something they can't see, hear or smell.

It all looks like the same out there, same as last week, last month, last year....

I presume it's not until you see scenes like in Italy, that you reconsider your actions
