I think he may have waited until he moved into an "at risk" category, then got fully vaccinated.....

No that is not what happened Pfizer's boss wanted to fly to Israel and was not allowed because he was not vaxxed later a reporter asked him why he is unvaxed and his bullshit was he did not want to jump the vax queue.

pfizer's data leak of 330k of documents show how crap the vax is and the risks to children but since getting immunity from prosecution dead children are not problem and still make a profit from them.

Update... Yes, his Lawyers who only charged him $15 an hour, (joking) had WON for him in Court, to have his cancellation overturned!!
Don't people realize that this was not a political issue at the onset, but a simple decision by border authorities that his application was
invalid! Anyone else, would/are put on the next flight home. Even though the 'Courts' have swung in his favor now, I find it interesting
that Border Security has STILL said they are going to stick by their guns!! Good on them. Oh... and he is still un-vaccinated!!

To be entirely correct, the court never considered the legalities surrounding his Visa application, so can’t be said to have swung to his favour. The application was dismissed on procedural fairness grounds - Djokovic was told he would be given a certain amount of time, and he was given less.
The fact remains that his Visa application can still likely be refused on the basis that he doesn’t comply with the requirements of the Migration Act and Biosecurity Act. Here’s hoping the Immigration Minister Alex Hawke steps in and does what should be done - boot him out.
Not likely to happen, lawyers would feast on this if he was to be deported, given the potential lose of 4.4 million he could earn. The feds are already up for all his legal costs thus far.
