Smile Hills Reliance Need help in Woodville SA

My daughter recently bought a house that has a Hills Reliance R12 system.

She doesn't have a landline or the NBN, hence no internet.

Is there a module for this to use a sim card or does she need a new panel that the existing wired PIR's could just connect to.

She doesn't want monitoring and can't have it without any phone or NBN/internet.

Is there a module that comes with an app for self monitoring?

Also, a bit off topic from alarms, there is a Kocom Intercom installed from the front gate, however, it's not working?

Is there anyone that could get these systems working they way we would like please?

Her ex Brother Inlaw sent a mate (Security Installer/business owner) to fix this, however, he was hopeless, charged $471 for bugga all except to run a length of antenna cable in the roof space and connect it, as the previous owner took it with them for some reason.

If anyone also has an Elect licence, there is also a problem with the bathroom heat lamp flickering and the switch buzzes, along with a ceiling fan stuck on one speed.

Anyone in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide available for the job please?

Yes a 4G dialler like the one you found would do the job.
    Ness also sell them
The alarm would require programming to dial her phone.

There is a module called Comnav can be added which links to an app to control alarm, but would need internet onsite to use this.

Intercom system probably needs replacement. Check the intercom power supply is working.

    Thanks for the help secure.

I bought the one on ebay and ordered a sim card.

I will download a manual for the reliance and read up on programming in the daughters mobile number, at least I think that's what needs doing, am I right?

    Thanks again.
