It is a rare occurrence that software has me at a dead end. My wife's laptop (WIN 10) will not accept the password that has worked for the last two years.
All attempts to log in fail. The password is correct and the keyboard is fully functional. No MS account as I built this machine and others from from discarded units from my workplace.
Safe mode asks for the password and it is rejected. Searches for help online have thus far been fruitless.
Any advice from those who are far wiser than I am would be greatly appreciated.
